• RideNow Powersports is looking for highly motivated BDR/BDC to enter the exciting world of Powersports! RideNow is the nation’s largest purveyor of good times! • Base + Commission. ($40,000-60,000)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage customer sales opportunities and drive traffic to showroom.
• 80-100 outbound phone calls to sales prospects.
• Follow RideNow approved scripts for talking to customers via phone and internet chat.
• Strategizing customer interactions, setting appointments, and notating all records of communication contact/attempts.
• Respond to and follow up with all Sales Opportunities in a timely manner.
• Maintain and coordinate with third-party vendors and internal departments to ensure the web site content is operational, up-to-date, and relevant.
• Develop web pages and manage production requests in support of corporate initiatives, new product launches, new market introductions, and other opportunities as they arise.
• Analyze web measurement data to make recommendations and implement improvements.
• Develop, execute, and analyze internet marketing campaigns including search engine keywords and banner ads.
• Interact with company managers to identify new web-based opportunities and improvements.
• Develop an understanding of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features between models to help with sales.
• Stay up to date on our current inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase; new and used products.
• Communicating with Management Internally to inform progress of potential customer.
• Use daily web-based programs, customer record management program, and Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must submit to a background check and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
